I grab an avocado instead of my usual apple and stand to leave. A figure is blocking my way. It looks like a massive avocado so I rub my eyes and look again. There is a green, pear-shaped avocado.
My mum appears in the other doorway, but she doesn’t see the big avocado staring down on me. My mum is usually like an elephant when it comes to finding things, she is always so clever. I look back at the avocado and now it’s purple! I forget about it and go out the other way.
There are seahorses’ skeletons flying around the town. You can only see their bones. Creepy!!
