Anna’s teddy, Lucy, was her most favourite thing in the whole world. They lived in New York. One weekend, Anna and her dad went into the city for her birthday. Anna brought Lucy with her because she always took her everywhere. They had an amazing lunch and Anna bought lots of toys. Dad gave her the shopping bags to carry, so Anna forgot about Lucy. As soon as they got to the car, she realised that Lucy wasn’t there. They ran back to the store and a lady was holding Lucy. Anna thanked her and gave her a huge hug.
