We were in New Zealand for the summer holidays but we hadn’t seen anything besides the boring roads and native trees for hours. I thought it would be more fun driving to the hotel, but it wasn’t. “Are we there yet ?” I kept saying repeatedly, much to everyone’s irritation. Eventually we arrived at Queenstown and started looking for a place to stop and eat when I suddenly saw a blonde haired lady walking past our car. “She looks like my prep teacher, Lee”, I whispered to my mum curiously. It reminded me of a time when I didn’t know how to read or write and knew nothing.
