Rose’s Scooter Dilemma, by Jamison, Year 7

Rose decided that she wanted to buy a scooter, so off she set to the shops with her mum. Once they arrived, Rose began to browse excitedly. “Oooh, I like this”, said Rose’s mum. “No, Mum!” Rose replied, “I don’t like the transparent wheels”. Finally, Rose chose a flashy, light-up scooter.

When they got home, Rose rode her scooter over to Dave’s house. He was very impressed and taught her some tricks, like a backflip and front flip. Rose learnt these with ease. She looked at her watch. It was late. “I have to go or I will be late for dinner”.
