It was my first basketball tournament. My team’s name is Hustbridge Hurricanes. The first game we played was the hardest game because the other team was very tall and strong. It was pretty hard to defend against them because they were running too fast. It was also distracting because their mascot was a really funny, short, gorilla. At the end of the tournament, the stadium owners announced the winners. The team that came first was the Greensborough Gorillas. We ended up in third place so we stood up on the platform made of bricks and received our bright yellow ribbons.
