Prompt …but he felt really ill…
“Hey Whale!” asked Mum, as he walked into the kitchen. “What did you do today?”
“We went for a ride,” replied Whale. “Poor Gazza failed the jump and hit the ground really hard.”
Mum looked worried. “Is he ok now?”
“Yeah, but he felt really ill. I think he’ll be fine. He’s a strong kid.”
But Gazza wasn’t fine because later that day he was vomiting repeatedly. Gazza’s mum rushed him to the hospital. The doctor told them that he had concussion but that he’d feel better after a rest.
The doctor was right. Soon, Gazza and Whale were back on their bikes again.
