Once upon a time there was a splat in a hat who liked shooting sticky white splats at the two kids who lived on the island. The splat loved to splat the children and their house. One sunny morning when the splat came, he found that he could not open the door, so he went to the window. It was open so he hovered through. The kids were checking the calendar. One of them said, “I forgot to close the window.” The other one ran away into the bedroom. The splat started to splat everything – the walls, a minuscule bug, the washing. What a mess!
