Ari and I were excited to be at Etihad Stadium for the first basketball game of the season. We had some of the best seats, right next to the goals. As the half-time whistle blew and the players left the court, the organisers announced that there was a shootout for anyone who was interested. Ari thought this would be a great time to show off our shooting skills, but little did we know, Dad was recording the whole thing. We couldn’t wait to see it again later. As we watched, we were surprised that we seemed to be on the television.

Well done on your 100WC. I liked your idea of appearing on television as a basketball star! I presume you like to play basketball? Your piece is well written, maybe next time you could use different openers for your sentences to make your writing even better!
